SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with NTM Creations! We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle orders, shipping times, carriers, and more.


1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.


2. PROCESSING TIMES All orders are made to order and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use flat-rate shipping based on package size and weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS, UPS, or FedEx): 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days after processing

Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly from the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

If you have not received your tracking info within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@ntmcreations.com.


5. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The choice of carrier is determined based on your location, package size, and shipping method selected.


6. DELIVERY ISSUES
NTM Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.


7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ntmcreations.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
